In 2011, Verizon Wireless wanted an identity verification solution that would give its valued military customers a better experience in stores. At the time, checking the customer's military eligibility involved extensive training and a time-consuming validation process. While the process prevented fraud, it ultimately led to lost sales.
We worked with Verizon to introduce the VetRewards Card as an accepted military ID to streamline identity verification. Veterans Advantage also provided Verizon with omnichannel military verification services for its ecommerce channels, in stores and for phone orders. Verizon expanded its military offers to include our military verification services for Verizon Fios.
We also promote Verizon offers in our Military Discount Marketplace to expand Verizon's reach within the military community.
